3. Place nob on work surface
4. Smash bellend with hammer
Result: this too will hurt like hell, but at least it should take your mind off of the toothache.

Crunch up some Ibroprophen around the pain tooth. You can also take Codeine together with it. The combination of the 2 will kill the pain.
